The excerpt is of Chopin Fantasie Op, 49 in F minor, and has been rendered from MIDI files that were produced from an optical scan of piano rolls (Ampico 63623/63633 obtained from Peter Philips), the piano player was Mischa Levitski and the sampled piano is from Michiel Post's Bösendorfer 290.
